With Cory’s approach to publishing, he might show other authors of content how it’s possible to stack up both the dollars and the Whuffie.

Amazon’s just got a bad database record. The book is out — FWIW, there is no UK publisher for the book, which means that the only edition available in the UK is the expensive US import. If you know a UK publisher who’s looking for a swell book, you know where to send him!
