    Got zoomed back to a time when U.F.O. and Space 1999 fought with my father’s Golden Age SF books to create a visual vocabulary of things to come.

    Part of me is still stuck there methinks.

  2. Oh Matt! I’ve been looking for these for years. I thought I was the only person to have had their vision of the 21st century shaped primarily by paintings and illustrations like these.

    My only question – where are they? My dreams of being able to see the next country by looking up are shattered.
