Is there any service or site that aggregates and compares just the categories used in blogs?

http://k-collector.evectors.it/ does something along those lines…
it’s not quite what you want, but http://del.icio.us/ has a nice line in aggregating the single word categories its users file links under, and then encouraging them to cluster under certain words by listing the popular ones.
