  1. It’s very much human-centred scraping, I’m afraid. Yes, the Design Museum website, is….impenetrable.

    I’ll be heading over to the museum itself tomorrow, together with Whitney Quesenbery (US interaction designer and president of the UPA, currently visiting from the States), to see whether the recent rumpus about style over substance is merited.
